Exploiting is not really a noble thing, but people who have problems with Bloodborne‘s difficulty might enjoy this little glitch. However, be careful. The game’s beauty and atmosphere lie within its difficulty. Think twice before you use this method of getting unlimited items.
For this glitch, you will need a second character. If you don’t have any, create a new one and progress until you reach the first lantern in Central Yharnam. Hop into the Hunter’s Dream.
Change back to your main character and clear its storage. You can either sell the items, or take them with you.
Go back to your alternate character and make sure that this chest is also empty. Then, buy a pebble and place it in the character’s storage.
Now you go back to your main character and decide which item you want to duplicate. However, you can only dupe items from which you can have multiple of. Therefore, it’s not possible to use this glitch on weapons, but you can use it to get unlimited consumables, giving you Blood Echoes. Put one of the item you want to duplicate in your storage.
Go to the Hunter’s Dream and buy pebbles. When you exceed the amount of pebbles you can hold, they will be transferred to your storage instead. But instead of getting pebbles, your item will be duped.
Why, you ask? We don’t know. But here’s a video, showing this method of ruining all of Bloodborne‘s fun.
